Shipping policy

We offer free delivery for orders over $199 Australia Wide to most of our products Excluding Heavy and/or Bulky Items Such as Paper Towels, Sanitary Bins, Baby tables...etc, shipping fee will be applied at a discounted rate.

Ozwashroom is partnered with Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers to deliver all of our customers' purchases. Unless a Post Office Box or Express Delivery Service has been requested, it is up to the discretion of Ozwashroom logistical team to identify which provider will be allocated to deliver your purchases. Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and StarTrack Couriers all require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that there will be a person on the premises during business hours to sign for your items. If there is no person present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and all items will be taken to the nearest Post Office or Depot. The items will be held at the Post Office or Depot for 7 days and if not picked up will be returned to the Sender and re-delivery fee will apply. To avoid this you can request an Authority to leave in the Special Instructions ie: leave if nobody is home. In accordance with the request of an Authority to leave, Ozwashroom is not liable for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen once delivery has been made to your chosen premises.

Authority to Leave (ATL) Goods – Consent

You may authorise goods to be left unattended at the nominated delivery address without requiring a signature. If you prefer a signature upon delivery, please ensure the “Signature not required on delivery” option is not selected during the online checkout process.

By granting ATL consent, you acknowledge and accept that your order will be deemed fully delivered once the courier has placed the goods at the specified location.
