Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse daily via Australia Post or StarTrack or Fastway. All orders are registered and insured free of charge. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do our very best to dispatch your order the same day your payment is received. Please ensure you have provided us with your correct postal address to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post or any other carrier that we see fit with a link to track your parcel online. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a card will be left in your letterbox advising you that your package will be available to collect from your local Post Office.

*Freight – has been confirmed and paid for.

*Phone number - for the freight company if we need to call you before delivery.

*Internet Banking - Ebay username as payment reference Direct Deposit

*Email us deposit date and payment amount,

*If payment is not received after 2 weeks the seller has the right to cancel the order.

Return policy details Warranty terms vary with items, please refer to item description for warranty / exchange terms. Only products in original sellable condition can be exchanged and must returned with original packaging. In most cases this will be minus shipping and Ebay fees, All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Items must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it. Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
